We provide gifts for Wilson County, Old Hickory, and the Hermitage area.
Please fill out this form. Add additional children and their ages in the appropriate boxes. Be as specific if possible, but keep in mind that gifts are gathered through donations, so we try to get something they asked Santa for but will try to keep it as close as we can. Name brand shoes or clothes and electronics aren't often donated but do list it if that is what your child wants and we will try our best. We accept kids from newborn to 18. The deadline is December 15. Read the requirements here before filling out the application. This form is for up to 5 kids. If you are registering more than 5 children, use an additional application.
